Service Description
Support blocks are structured around 45-minute appointments so each session includes time for both the live conversation and the behind-the-scenes work needed to make the support useful. Additional backend work beyond the included 15 minutes per appointment counts toward the purchased support block.
Cancellation Policy
General Booking Policy All Open Practice Academy services are scheduled by availability and are designed to support professional development, planning, and guided implementation related to open education, digital learning, literacy, learning design, and human-centered practice. Bookings must be made in advance through the website or approved scheduling link. Some services may require approval before the booking is confirmed, especially support blocks and team-based conversations. Free coffee chats are intended as short, human-first connection conversations. They are not full planning sessions, project reviews, or strategy support. Paid planning sessions and support blocks are designed for focused professional development support. Participants are responsible for sharing relevant context, goals, materials, or questions in advance so the time can be used well. The Open Practice Academy reserves the right to decline or redirect a booking if the requested support falls outside the scope of available services.
