Submitting your info and documentation isn't the last step before pricing, it's the start of real work on our end. What you receive back isn't just a price sheet: it's a scoping audit, built specifically to map out what a full engagement would actually involve for your practice.
This scoping audit is free and it's a genuine act of good faith, not a formality. We do this work because we believe that once you see what's actually possible, you'll want to keep going with us. But even if you decide not to move forward, what you receive is still yours to keep: a real roadmap of where your practice stands and what it would take to organize it, useful on its own regardless of what you decide next.
To be clear about what this is not: the scoping audit isn't the full Practice DNA Portfolio audit itself, that deeper work begins once you choose a tier. This step is what lets us scope that work accurately, for you and for us.

If your practice needs more than the starting scope covers, we'll also show you two higher tiers, each with its own clearly defined scope, so you can see exactly what additional work justifies the additional cost. Nothing is ever a vague upsell; every tier says specifically what's included.
The starting prices are never off the table. Even if your practice could benefit from more, the base tier is always there as a real option if it's the right fit for where you are right now.
