| TEACHING & TRAINING

Build capacity, not just attendance.

Training should do more than put people in a room for an hour and give them information.

I design learning experiences that help people understand something, question something, practice something, and leave more capable of acting on what they learned.

Customization

I do not believe in swapping your logo onto the first slide of a generic workshop and calling it customized.

When customization is part of the engagement, I can learn about your audience, context, goals, existing practices, and organizational constraints so the learning experience actually belongs in the environment where people will use it.

That work is part of the project scope.

Pricing

Teaching and training are based on the same transparent $150/hour professional rate.

That means the price reflects both:

Live facilitation time and the preparation, customization, design, research, and resource development required to make the experience useful.

For example, a customized 90-minute workshop may require several additional hours of design and preparation.

After reviewing your needs, I provide an estimated total number of hours before work begins.

Examples:

Scope

3 hours

5 hours

10 hours

20 hours

Additional time

Investment

$450

$750

$1,500

$3,000

$150/hour

Larger cohort experiences, recurring programs, and organizational learning initiatives are scoped individually using the same $150/hour rate.

Already have the training?

I can also help organizations improve what already exists.

That might include:

  • Reviewing a workshop

  • Redesigning curriculum

  • Improving accessibility

  • Turning a presentation into an interactive learning experience

  • Creating facilitator materials

  • Developing participant resources

  • Preparing internal facilitators

  • Converting live learning into asynchronous formats.

Sometimes you do not need a new training program. You need the one you already have to work better.
